Mit unseren Kindern (4 und 5 Jahre alt) sind wir ab dem Kloster Evangelistria in ca. 3 Stunden zum Profitis Illias und in ca. 2 Stunden wieder herunter gelaufen. Zwischen Mandraki und dem Kloster Evangelistria sind wir mit dem Taxi gefahren.
Together with our children (4 and 5 years old) we walked from the monastery Evangelistria up to the Profitis Illias in approx. 3 hours and back in approx. 2 hours. To cover the distance between Mandraki and Evangelistria we took a taxi.

Es gibt keinen offensichtlichen Weg vom
Kloster Diavatis zum Profitis Illias. Wir gehen meistens in Richtung Südwest
über dieses Gelände und dahinter südlich zum Gipfel. Der
Weg ist durch rote Punkte markiert.
There is no visible path from the monastery
Diavatis to the Profitis Illias. We prefere to walk southwest across this
area and after that nearly south direction to the top. The way is marked
by red points.
